IK08: The IK rating is an international standard that indicates how much protection a fixture's enclosure provides to its mechanical and electrical components. A fixture with a rating of IK08 protects against 5 joules impact, or a 3.75-pound mass dropped from 11.8 inches above the impacted surface.

DLC Premium 5.1 - Why is it important? The Premium rating is a higher-performance classification for luminaires. DLC Premium products must meet higher efficacy and longer-lasting lumen maintenance. Premium indoor luminaires also include a lower Unified Glare Rating.
