Take advantage of exceptional energy savings when you replace incandescent bulbs with these more efficient LED A19 120-277 Volt bulbs from 1000Bulbs.com!

These LED A19 bulbs last far longer than their incandescent counterparts to greatly reduce time and money spent replacing bulbs. Sometimes referred to as multi-volt bulbs, these bulbs operate on voltages between 120 to 277 Volts. LED A19 120-277V bulbs can be used in a wide range of fixtures around your home or business, including ceiling lights, wall sconces, and lamps. These bulbs also come in A21 and A23s. LED A21 120-277V bulbs are slightly larger than A19s and commonly replace incandescent, metal halide and HID lamps. Suitable for use in many of the same fixtures as A19s, LED A21s are also used in outdoor fixtures such as post-tops and bollards. LED A23 bulbs are significantly larger and replace high wattage incandescent and HID lamps in downlights, low bays, and other similar applications.

Base Types and Color Temperature

120-277 Volt LED A19, A21, and A23 bulbs are available in two base types: medium (E26) and mogul (EX39). The medium (E26) base is considered the standard household base and has a diameter of 26 millimeters. The larger mogul (EX39) base measures 39 millimeters in diameter and has an extended tip at the bottom. Bulbs with this base can be used in both E39 and EX39 sockets.

Color temperature, measured in Kelvin, describes the color of the light emitted by the bulb. Lower Kelvin bulbs will produce a warm light. As the Kelvin increases, the light will progressively get cooler. Warm white 2700 Kelvin bulbs produce a yellowish light that is similar to incandescents. Halogen white 3000 Kelvin bulbs are a match to halogen bulbs. Cool white 4000 Kelvin is a crisper, bluer light that can reduce eye strain. Simulating the look of a sunny day, daylight 5000 Kelvin helps increase visibility.

Ratings and Certifications

Be sure to check the ratings and certifications before selecting your LED A19 120-277 Volt bulb. Damp location rated bulbs can exposed to humidity and moisture, but should not come into direct contact with water. When used outdoors, the bulb will need to be used in a protected location. Wet location rated bulbs can come into directed contact with water. If your fixture is fully enclosed, you will need to use a bulb that is enclosed fixture rated. These bulbs are designed to withstand the heat that can build up in the fixture over time. Please note that using a non-enclosed rated bulb in an enclosed fixture can potentially damage both the bulb and fixture.
